2014年 2月 22日 Many a little makes a mickle.

As the saying goes, effort you make everyday will someday turn into a great asset.

We’ve all been reminded of this fact from the great athletes that are competing in the ongoing Olympics.

Since it’s Toshin Business School, I would like to stress the fact that the effort you make with English will eventually turn into a HUGE asset… if you keeping making that effort

English is a language like Japanese and Chinese so if you stop using it, you are quickly going to lose your language ability.

I’m what’s called a returnee myself so I have no problem communicating in English. But since I came back to Japan and started going to a Japanese university, my English has rapidly deteriorated to a level that I thought I would never experience.

It’s because I lost opportunities to use English to communicate with others.

If you are a non-native English speaker, the speed is going to be even faster.

So it’s important to seek opportunities in which you use English as a communication tool. That effort you make everyday will turn you into a completely different person.
