2014年 1月 8日 What I got and What I give

Hello everybody, Nice to talk to you over the blog.

I am Keiji Kitani as senior advisor at TBS.
How’s everything going? And how did you spend new year holiday?

One of fun and exciting things during year-end to New Year, would be coming back to hometown for country people and whether those whose hometown is outside of Tokyo or not, the very first three days are the most joyful and amusing part of New Year.

During childhood, I was really looking forward to one of Japanese most brilliant customs, ”Otoshidama”, which was kind a golden rush week for a child doen’t know how to make money. Looking and counting what I got from my generous parents and relatives, I dreamed of what I can do in the future and felt like I could do anything.

Oops, suddenly I am brought back to the present I am writing…this…
Now, I am in my thirties and give “Otoshidama” instead of being given “Otoshidama”.
And now, I am standing on the giving end…humm, I think this not bad.

Young people, listen. It is not so long that you would be accepted and forgiven anything you did.
Try out.
